CMS: We are issuing a mask mandate for all CMS (5-8) students and staff in instances when social distancing cannot be adhered to through Friday (10/22). Although 7th grade has not had a positive case this month, shared staff and facilities with other grade levels may lead to community spread. Please send students with a mask to school each day to be used in instances where distancing cannot be adhered to. Students who have been fully vaccinated and do not wish to wear a mask in these instances may provide the office with proof of vaccination in order to be exempt. Please continue to monitor for symptoms. A cough may be present. Headaches, sinus congestion, sore throat, excessive sneezing, and runny nose are more common with the delta strain. Fever, loss of taste, and loss of smell may be less likely with Delta Variant. Please call with questions (330-482-5354).
