With records broken and history made, the CMS Track and Field team had a season
worth celebrating! Here are some of the highlights:
★ Both the girls’ and boys’ teams won 1st place in 4 out of 5 of their EOAC league
meets.
★ The girls’ team placed 2nd at the County Meet. They also won 1st place at the
Howard Parker Invitational, where they competed against 13 other teams.
★ For the first time in Columbiana Track and Field history, both the boys’ and girls’
Middle School AND High School teams brought home the 1st place trophies for
the EOAC Championship! This is a huge accomplishment, and all track and field
athletes should be very proud of their hard work and dedication this season.
